Hi there j,Well I have tried everything but the Snore Relief from brahtee Right but I did try the strips and there was no success with them. Here is what I found works around 80 % of the time for my husband:Snorestop Extinguisher (Maximum Strength) I bought it at our local drugstore but it will set you back a pretty penny. I think I paid around 20.00 for a .4 ouch spray bottle. Takes 2 sprays before going to bed. It does work better than anything we've ever tried. I lost the box it came in but I believe it is around 200 sprays you get out of that bottle and it makes sense as it's lasted my husband around 3 months. But then I would pay any price to not listen to him snore lol
