Review by M. SturnRating: I actually oeredrd the narrow version of this shelf unit, but don't see it offered now so will write a review for its big brother ! I received the 5-tier narrow ladder shelf today, but sadly I have to return it because it is smaller than the dimensions stated. The width shown in the Product Information dimensions is for the back of the ladder and is the outside dimension, not the opening. The front of the shelf is about 3 inches narrower (and the opening another 2 inches less) and too small for the item I oeredrd it for. I tried putting it in from the back and side, but no go. It is a great shelf super easy to assemble but I wish they'd give more accurate info on the actual size of the shelves. I should've oeredrd this wider version but wanted as narrow a shelf as I could get by with for the corner space it would be in. Recommend the shelf, just know the front opening is actually about 4-5 narrower than the width given.
